MEMA Heating Oil System and Tank Rebate Program Rebate Submission Portal

2020 Massachusetts Equipment Rebate Funding Will End August 21st

Due to widespread success, the Massachusetts Energy Marketers Association’s (MEMA) 2020 Discover Heating Oil equipment rebate program that is funded with a portion of the association’s National Oilheat Research Alliance (NORA) funds is nearing its allotted budget for the year. Hence, the 2020 program will end on Friday, August 21st. All rebate submissions for furnaces, boilers or storage tanks must be submitted by that date.

Following the completion of this year’s program, more than 3,000 heating oil system and tank rebates will have been provided to Massachusetts heating oil customers through the NORAfunded equipment rebate program since 2017.

Once again, rebate submissions for Massachusetts customers will be honored through Friday, August 21st. Rebate applications submitted by August 21st will be processed in regular order. Submissions will not be accepted after the deadline.

MEMA is fully committed to making additional Massachusetts rebates available in 2021. Details will be made available once NORA budgets are firmly established and MEMA’s Board of Directors can determine an appropriate level of funding for the 2021 rebate program.

The process is easy! To receive your rebate reimbursement, all you need to do is fill out the form below, upload the proof of work such as an invoice, upload your W-9 if you haven’t submitted a rebate before, and submit. The rebate will be processed and NORA will send your reimbursement check in just a few weeks.
